Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

Take one large bowl and add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in it. Take a whisk or a large spoon and whisk the mixture well.
